What's the engagement model for Pinnacle Masters?

Retainer-based, monthly. We start with a discovery call to make sure the fit is right. If it is, we run an operational audit, identify the highest-leverage install opportunities, and build a 90-day plan around them. From there, the engagement continues as long as it's earning its keep. No multi-year contracts. No exit fees.

Do you take speaking engagements?

Yes, selectively. Keynotes, workshops, panels, and podcast appearances are all on the table for the right rooms. The speaking page has the topics, formats, and inquiry form. Send the brief, get a response inside 48 hours.

What's the best way to reach you?

For consulting, the discovery call calendar or the form on this page. For speaking, the speaking page form. For everything else, email is fastest. Social DMs work but they're slower. If something's urgent, say so in the subject line and I'll get it sooner.

Are you accepting new consulting clients right now?

Sometimes yes, sometimes no, depending on the current roster. Even if I'm fully booked, I'll tell you that on the discovery call and recommend who I'd send you to instead. The goal is the right outcome, not the booked engagement.

Can I sponsor the newsletter or the podcast?

Yes. Sponsorship inquiries go through the contact form above. Pick "Newsletter Sponsorship" or note it in your message. Response includes audience demographics, available inventory, and pricing. We're selective about sponsors. The audience trust is the asset.

Do you do free coaching calls or "pick your brain" sessions?

Honestly, no. The newsletters and the podcast are how I share what I know publicly, and the consulting practice is where I do the deep work. If you've got a quick question, the inbox is open and I'll give you a real answer. Long-form requires a real engagement.
